Project Challenges

Overview: • SecureAccess is a real-time security platform used for visitor and staff entry management in commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. It has full support for role-based logins including Admin, Vendor, Guard, and User. Modules: • Admin Panel – Manages all vendors and has access to real-time entry logs, analytics, and approval workflows. • Vendor Dashboard – Each vendor can assign and manage their own guards. • Guard Panel – Guards scan QR codes or verify new users, enter visitor details, and request access. • Approval System – Guard sends an access request to the concerned host via the system, and the host approves/denies in real time. • Hardware Integration – Integrated with smart gates, RFID readers, and digital scanners for contactless entry. • Real-time Alerts – SMS/WhatsApp/email alerts on approval, denial, or unauthorized attempts. • Log Reports – Track entry/exit logs, generate downloadable reports.
